Come learn information about how to relieve your family of having to make burdensome decisions about your healthcare when you are unable to speak for yourself.  There is an opportunity to complete an advance directive but doing this is not a requirement to attend and even if you have one in place, there is still plenty of information to learn.  It just makes a difficult time so much easier on all concerned when you have preplanned.  This workshop is covered by Medicare and if you have met your deductible for the year, your co-payment will be $15 for the hour long session.  Flat fee of $75 for all others.
